A Telegram accountability bot for small businesses

Say it once.
Chase makes sure it happens.

The owner talks — Hinglish, Kannada-English, whatever's natural. Staff get the task on their own phone. Nobody installs an app or learns a dashboard.

Four things worth noticing

Confirmation before delivery

Every task is echoed back to the owner, in their own words, before anything reaches staff. Tap Edit or Discard and nothing was ever sent.

No installs, no training

Staff tap one link and pick their name from a list. That's the entire onboarding — no forms, no passwords, no app to download.

Approvals stay with the owner

A staff member can ask for more time, but the deadline only moves once the owner taps Approve.

One message a day, not a dashboard

At 6pm, the owner gets exactly what's done and what's stuck — nothing to log into, nothing to check.

The rest of the toolkit

Everything above was one story, start to finish. Underneath it, a handful of plain commands cover the rest of daily use — nobody has to memorise them, /help repeats this anytime.

For the owner

/team
Everyone you've added, and who's actually joined Chase so far.
add <name> <phone>
Add someone to the team any time — or just share their contact card.
/remove <name>
Take someone off the roster.
/list
Every open task right now, grouped by who's doing it.
/stuck
Just what's overdue, oldest first.
"Suresh done"
Close out a task for staff who aren't even on Telegram — the owner stays the backstop.

For anyone on the team

/mine
Your own open tasks — nothing anyone else has.
"done"
Or "ho gaya", "complete" — closes your task without tapping a button.
/help
A two-line reminder of how Chase works.
